Former Toledo punter Bailey Flint will attend Steelers minicamp

Former Toledo punter Bailey Flint has accepted an invite to Pittsburgh Steelers minicamp.

The Australian was twice a nominee for the Ray Gay Award and the Wuerffel Trophy, presented annually to player who best combines athletics, academics, and community service.

In 211 attempts, Flint only had one punt blocked, averaging 40.3 yards per boot. He had 83 punts end up inside the 20, while 33 traveled 50-plus yards. He had just 16 touchbacks.

The longest punt of Flint’s career came in 2019 when he sent a ball 72 yards.
