TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo softball program had five student-athletes named to the College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Eli Enriquez, Sidney Griffith, Eliza Maloney, Madison McKay and Kendra VanderLugt earned the academic honor. Enriquez, Griffith and VanderLugt were named to the All-District Team for the second time while Maloney and McKay are first-time honorees.
Griffith and VanderLugt graduated in May 2024. Griffith earned her degree in human resource management with a 3.955 GPA while VanderLugt graduated with a degree in early childhood education and a 3.
