TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's track and field team had five student-athletes earn postseason honors for the 2022 outdoor season, the Mid-American Conference announced Wednesday.
Junior Faith Linga and sophomore Lou Trois were named First-Team All-MAC, while seniors Semra Karaslan and Stephanie Sherman and freshman Margrett Watt earned Second-Team All-MAC honors.
Both Linga and Trois ran their way to first-place finishes in their respective events at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships over the weekend in Kalamazoo, Mich. Linga took the medal in the 10,000m run at 33:57.
