TOLEDO, Ohio – Freshman drove in a pair of runs, including the game-winner in the eighth inning, to lead the Toledo's baseball team to a 3-2 non-conference victory over Oakland (12-16) on Monday afternoon at Scott Park. The win gave the Rockets (14-14) their sixth victory in last eight games.
"Today was a tough day to hit and offense was at a premium," Head Coach said. " did a great job getting the ball to the outfield to score the winning run. A win is a win, and it doesn't matter how pretty or ugly, you take them however you get them.
