Rosters are (mostly) set for 2024.

So now we can finally analyze the coming season. Too soon?

More than a month has passed since Toledo’s season-ending loss to Wyoming in the Arizona Bowl. The December and February signing periods have taken place, transfers have left and entered the program, and Quinyon Mitchell declared his status as a first-round NFL draft pick.

The Rockets will have minor tweaks to their roster, as another transfer period looms in the not-too-distant future. Coaches can take stock after spring practice and reassess their wants and needs.
