The Rockets were hoping for a different destination before the season, as the Mid-American Conference champion is placed in a different game. But no one is grumbling about a week-long trip to a literal paradise — Paradise Island.
UT is especially giddy about the opportunity because it's playing terrific football, winning three consecutive games by an average of 26 points. And on the other side of the field is a team that spurned a potential invitation from the MAC.
