TOLEDO, Ohio – One well-placed cross at the 75 minute mark was all it took for the Rockets (6-10-0, 3-5-0 MAC) to claim their third conference victory over Miami (3-11-1, 2-5-1 MAC). Sophomore Anita Mancini scored the third game-winner of her career to seal the win with 15:51 left on the clock in the second half.
For nearly 74 minutes, the Rockets looked like they were in for another frustrating night, dominating the RedHawks on both ends of the field only to find themselves kept off the scoreboard by other-worldly defending at the mouth of the goal once again.
