Toledo has added its third transfer of the offseason.
This time, the Rockets addressed a need for size in the post, securing the transfer of 6-foot-8 forward Andre Lorentsson from Saint Louis.
The Swede only played 12 games in two seasons for the Billikens, but averaged 17.7 points, six rebounds, and three assists for RIG Mark Kinna, an elite national academy in Sweden. Lorentsson shot 55 percent from the field and 45.4 percent from 3-point range.
"We're very excited to have Andre join our program," Toledo coach Tod Kowalczyk said. "He's a 6-8 post player with a good upside and a lot of potential that will play the 4 and 5 for us.
