The Toledo football team will be adding Mount Union coach Vince Kehres as a defensive assistant coach. According to sources, his role is not finalized, but he will either serve as linebackers coach/assistant head coach or defensive coordinator.
Many in Ohio area are well aware of Kehres and his coaching resume at the perennial NCAA Division III power.

The Kehres family has built quite a legacy at Mount Union, beginning with Larry Kehres. Larry led Mount Union to the two longest winning streaks in college history — 54 games from 1996 to 1999 and 55 games from 2000 to 2003.
