Well, Saturday’s loss against the Arkansas Razorbacks stinks. It really stinks. We’ve seen the Texas Tech men’s basketball team play some pretty impressive basketball at times this season, but the second half of yesterday’s matchup with Arkansas was not an example of that.
Texas Tech jumped out to a first half lead of 49-43 and then very subsequently stumbled through a second half in which the Red Raiders were outscored 50-37.
Which, you know, not fun. Not fun at all.
JT Toppin and Christian Anderson combined for 56 points for the Red Raiders, but no other Texas Tech player managed to get to double digits scoring.
