Well, this is an interesting one. For one reason or another, Erick Smith over at USA Today isn’t exactly keen on the Texas Tech Red Raiders and their postseason hopes. While others seem to believe in what Joey McGuire and the Red Raiders are doing, Smith doesn’t seem to be easily swayed by what’s happening out in Lubbock this season.
It wasn’t that long ago that Smith had the Red Raiders heading to meet up with the Vanderbilt Commodores in the First Responders Bowl, which isn’t anywhere close to what Texas Tech actually wants to accomplish this season.
