With a loss to the Arizona State Sun Devils last week, the Texas Tech Red Raiders needed to get their game against the 1-win Oklahoma State Cowboys started off in an impressive fashion. And while so much of this early game has been a mixture of mess and success from Texas Tech, the game started off in one of the very best ways possible.
On the opening kickoff, against an Oklahoma State team that does very little right and hasn’t found a win in any Big 12 game up to this point in the season, the Red Raiders managed to run a kickoff back for a 99-yard score that set the tone in this game in such an impressive way.
