Behren Morton and the Texas Tech Red Raiders are starting to show just how good and explosive Mack Leftwich’s offense can be. Texas Tech’s first drive against the Utah Utes defense was executed just about perfectly and it gave the Red Raiders a nice 7-0 lead against Utah while on the road.
Tech, starting at its own 15-yard line, got started thanks to a 3-and-out from the Utah offense. And in seven plays and a little over three minutes of game time, the Red Raiders were able to travel 85 yards down the field to claim that early lead.
