Was QB John Stephen Jones close to signing with Kliff Kingsbury and Texas Tech?

Dallas Cowboys COO/Executive VP/Director of player personnel Stephen Jones joined The Musers on KTCK-FM The Ticket on Wednesday morning. Jones talked about his son John Stephen Jones, who signed to play football at Arkansas earlier this month during national signing day.
