For Texas Tech football fans, the wait’s over.
Tech hosts its annual football media day on Tuesday, and the Red Raiders’ first preseason practice is Wednesday.
Kliff Kingsbury has no shortage of problems to solve between now and the Sept. 5 season opener against Sam Houston State. For the Red Raiders, it’s bad enough that they sagged to 4-8 last season, finishing four games below .500 for the first time in 31 years.
They also have the seemingly annual change at defensive coordinator with all that portends and questions to be answered at several positions.
Here are five areas to watch over the next month:
Offensive line: Tech could have one of the best offensive lines in the Big 12, based on four returning starters, three of whom are juniors.
