Going into Saturday’s Texas Tech-Arkansas game, the Razorbacks had gone eight games in a row without allowing more than 21 points. Tech ended that streak less than five minutes into the second half.
A 2-yard touchdown run by Patrick Mahomes II and the PAT gave Tech a 28-21 lead on the first series of the second half.
The last time Arkansas had allowed more than 21 points was in a 45-32 loss to then-No. 10 Georgia on Oct. 18.
