Former SMU and Rockwall wide receiver Xavier Castille has transferred to Texas Tech.
Castille appeared on the team's latest roster for the 2017 season, but will sit out due to NCAA transfer regulations. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Castille left the Mustangs after spring practices ended. The Rockwall product was SMU's third leading receiver last season with 40 catches for 423 yards and one touchdown.
