The Texas Tech Red Raiders landed a future defender on Thursday when 2019 South Oak Cliff defensive end/outside linebacker Steven Parker committed to the university.
Parker announced his decision on Twitter with the following post:

On May 3, Parker posted on Twitter that Texas Tech submitted an offer to him, which was his first.
I am extremely blesses to say I received my first offer from Texas Tech.
