Texas Tech wide receiver Devin Lauderdale and defensive end Gary Moore didn’t travel for the TCU game last weekend, and their chances of playing this week seem slim, too.
Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury hasn’t elaborated on the reasons for their absence beyond calling it a “coach’s decision” and saying it’s not injury related. Asked Tuesday by A-J Media if they practiced or were in the Football Training Facility building, Kingsbury said, “They are not in the building today.” Asked if they are suspended, he again referred to their absence as a “coach’s decision that they were not in the building today.
