A disastrous 5th inning dooms Tech in Ft Worth as TCU takes advantage of Red Raider mistakes
1. Red Raider of the Game
Starting pitcher Steven Gingery was relatively effective today, and when compared to the rest of the Tech pitching staff, he was downright elite. When he left the game, Tech had a 2-1 lead after 4 innings. In the bottom of the 4th, he loaded the bases with 1 out, and hit a batter to walk a run in, but was able to get 2 big strikeouts to end the inning relatively unscathed.
