Texas Tech and Baylor will kick off the Oct. 3 Texas Farm Bureau Shootout at 2:30 p.m. CT, the Big 12 Conference announced on Monday. The game, held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, will be carried by ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
This will be the seventh-consecutive season where Texas Tech (3-0) and Baylor (2-0) have met at a neutral site as the two schools moved their annual game to the DFW Metroplex prior to the 2009 season. The game has been played at AT&T Stadium in all but one of those seasons.
Red Raider fans can still purchase tickets for the Texas Farm Bureau Shootout by contacting the Texas Tech Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH or by visiting www.
