Not much has changed during the offseason in the perception of where Texas Tech will finish in the Big 12
The Red Raiders were predicted to finish sixth in the Big 12 by members of the media Thursday — exactly where they finished last season.
Not much else changed, either. After winning last year’s conference title and making an appearance in the 2015 College Football Playoff semifinals, Oklahoma was chosen as the favorite to win the 2016 Big 12 championship.
This year marks the fourth year since 2011 in which the Sooners topped the preseason rankings.
