Former Texas Tech forward Zhaire Smith's NBA career hasn't gotten off on the right foot, literally.
Shams Charania reported on Tuesday that an MRI revealed the 76ers rookie has a Jones fracture in his left foot.
Smith had MRI/imaging in Philadelphia today revealing a Jones fracture -- with surgery scheduled for later this week, league sources said. He also will see another specialist in Philadelphia. https://t.co/VT0RVpZ9oi

The injury occurred while Smith was participating in a developmental camp for NBA players in Las Vegas on Monday.
