In every game Chris Beard has coached, the white board in the locker room has a plethora of things written on it, from motivational messages to nuggets of the game plan.
Wednesday evening before Texas Tech’s final home contest against Texas, the board was mostly blank.
Except for one word — March.
“No matter where your season has gone, everybody has new life in March,” the Tech coach said. “This is what March Madness is.”
With the Red Raiders in Manhattan, Kan. for their final regular season game at Kansas State, there’s still plenty to fight for.
