Two of Texas Tech’s finest ball players have been selected in the MLB Draft. Both lead-off hitter and outfielder Gabe Holt and Ace pitcher Caleb Kilian have been selected on day 2 of the MLB Draft. Each player has at least one year of eligibility left and is free to either sign with the team or come back to school. The monetary slot that each player has been picked at is a suggested amount that the team will pay the player, the player can ask for more than offered and this is something that gives the player more leverage.
