Solid question! Let’s recap, for those of you who don’t know ... Texas Tech QB Jett Duffey was suspended from Tech. A former Mahomes’ protege, Duffey is currently suspended for six months from the program. The details of his suspension have been hush hush, which could bode well for Duffey’s return. Then again he is missing quality practice time. I believe the former first-team all-state and Class 5A player of the year will make a return, but if it’s in time before another gunslinger emerges from shadows, who knows?
Honestly, Erik, Kliff Kingsbury will have to make due with what he has.
