A change is gonna come for Lake Dallas defensive back Kobee Minor.
Minor, a top-10 safety in the Dallas-area in 2020, announced his commitment to Texas Tech on Monday with a video he posted to Twitter. It ends with him making the "guns up" sign on a horse while wearing a Texas Tech shirt and gloves.
Minor, a 5-foot-11, 175-pound safety, is rated as a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports, and the No. 62 overall recruit in The Dallas Morning News' top 100 area rankings.
