This past Wednesday the Lady Raiders hosted Houston for Education day. The crowd was roaring with the cheers of thousands of kids from local elementary schools that came to visit Texas Tech. All the support from the little Red Raiders must have worked since Texas Tech taught Houston an offensive clinic. After a sluggish 15 point first quarter, the Lady Raiders recorded back to back quarters of 20+ plus points to give them a 24 point lead over the Cougars going into the final quarter. This offensive showcase is due in no small part to a season-high shooting percentage of 58.
