This weekend, the Texas Tech Red Raiders get to rest a bit. And while we won’t be able to see Joey McGuire and the Texas Tech football program face off against anyone, we will get to see a number of other different interesting matchups across the Big 12 this weekend.
Like the Kansas Jayhawks heading to Ames, Iowa in search of a win against the Iowa State Cyclones that would allow the KU football team to go bowling this season.
Iowa State, who is actually just barely bowl eligible at 6-4, would probably like to snag a win and help secure a solid season in the process.
