Kansas has been hit by injury time and time again this season.
It all started in the spring when expected starting quarterback Michael Cummings suffered a knee injury and underwent surgery.
He was out for the year before the season even started.
This opened the door for second string quarterback Montell Cozart to start this season.
However, Cozart recently suffered a sprained shoulder and is out indefinitely.
The third string quarterback, Deondre Ford, is out with a thumb injury.
So, seven weeks into the season, the Jayhawks are relying on their fourth string quarterback, true freshman Ryan Willis.
