Rumors are in the air about Utah State star Jordan Love. While many expect Love to declare for the draft, a slump this season has led some to wonder if there is reason for Love to seek an opportunity as a grad transfer. On top of his list for that option is reportedly Texas Tech, which makes sense considering who used to coach there.
David Yost groomed Love personally, leading to an epic 2018 for the 6’4 gunslinger. He finished with over 3,000 passing yards, 30+ touchdowns, and only 8 interceptions. That year’s rendition of the Yost offense was explosive, and largely why Matt Wells is at Texas Tech now.
