There is absolutely no need for the Texas Tech Red Raiders to keep playing this game. None whatsoever. We’ve already seen just how good the Red Raiders offense can be with Mack Leftwich when it’s operating smoothly and at a high level. We’ve already seen the dominance of Shiel Woods’ defense and how it can smother opponents like Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
This game is already incredibly one sided. There is absolutely, positively no need for the Texas Tech football team to play a second half against the Golden Lions.
Now, I’m not saying that Joey McGuire and the Red Raiders should forfeit or anything.
