How the Bears match up vs. Texas Tech By JOHN WERNER jwerner@wacotrib.com Waco Tribune-Herald
Baylor offense vs. Texas Tech defense
Matching Baylor’s offense against anybody these days is unfair. The Bears lead the nation with 767 yards per game, 131 yards more than second- place TCU. Baylor tops the country with 64 points per game and even features the top running attack with 379.7 yards per game. Too bad they rank only seventh nationally in passing yardage with 387.3 yards per game. But they do lead the country in passing efficiency.
