The Red Raiders found themselves back in the Super Regionals to face off against Big 12 foe Oklahoma State. Texas Tech knew they could handle the Cowboys after sweeping the Pokes during their regular season series, but the postseason brought out a different level of intensity for these two teams. In what was likely the best series of the weekend, Texas Tech fought off an Oklahoma State team that recorded the second most home runs by a team during the 2019 season.
Micah Dallas has been absolutely phenomenal for Texas Tech this season. The freshman has been the surprise of the season as he is now 7-0 in 11 starts.
