Finding a positive players performance to point out after a 70-35 loss is not something that is easy nor is it something that I would usually do. However, Herny Colombi stepped up and gave the Texas Tech offense a chance in this game, but the defense just wasn’t stopping anybody on Saturday.
Colombi made some amazing plays downfield and gave his receivers a chance to make plays even in a blowout. The deep balls to Kaylon Geiger and Loic Fouonji were put right where they needed to be and allowed the guys to keep their stride and make plays to get into the end zone.
