Former Texas Tech legend Michael Crabtree is having a career resurgence with the Oakland Raiders. Signed to a one-year deal in the off-season, Crabtree was expected to mentor rookie first-round draft pick Amari Cooper from Alabama.
And while Cooper has been fantastic with 38 grabs for 565 yards and 3 touchdowns, Crabtree has emerged as both a leader and a weapon by the bay.
Texas Tech’s all-time leading receiver has caught 47 passes for 591 yards and 4 touchdowns in the first half of 2015. And he is fitting in well with an up-and-coming Oakland Raiders team.
