Patrick Mahomes' star is burning brighter and brighter.
The former Texas Tech star and reigning NFL MVP has been named the cover boy for Madden NFL 20, which was revealed ahead of Thursday night's Round 1 of the NFL draft.
Mahomes is coming off a record-setting season -- his first as the full-time starter -- in which he guided the Kansas City Chiefs to a 12-4 record and the AFC's top seed. He passed for 5,097 yards, 50 touchdowns and 12 interceptions, completing 66% of his passes on his way to a 113.8 quarterback rating.
