Except for one little sticking point in the Big 12 Conference’s original schedule proposal for 2015, Texas Tech would be hosting TCU this weekend in a regular-season finale.
Perhaps overshadowed by the conference championship games going on elsewhere, a 7-4 Tech against a 9-2 TCU still would be an attractive matchup.
At Jones AT&T Stadium.
On senior day for the Red Raiders.
The sticking point is a Tech university policy that prohibits any extracurricular activities during semester final exams and the “dead day” for study that precedes it. For this semester, that time frame started Thursday and continues through Wednesday.
