After six seasons, the Kliff Kingsbury era has ended in Lubbock. His replacement Matt Wells brings with him an innovative, blazing-fast offense and a defense tailored to tackling the problems of the Big 12. Since Mike Leach's ousting the Red Raiders have yet to find a coach with the ability to sustain success. Even Leach only managed to put up one season with double-digit wins.
