As we enter the conference championship week, it’s going to be very, very interesting to see just how things shape up for Joey McGuire and the Texas Tech Red Raiders. This weekend, Texas Tech will get the chance to meet up with the BYU Cougars once more in a Big 12 championship game that will allow for the Red Raiders to showcase their potential yet again.
This is a Texas Tech team that some are overlooking a bit because of the conference that the Red Raiders play in and the overall lack of a rigorous element to their schedule this season, but Texas Tech has done just about everything it was supposed to do this season.
