The former Red Raider lineman turned billionaire businessman turned chairman of the Texas Tech University board of regents has found ways to support the Texas Tech athletics department and elevate it in a number of different significant ways.
And now Campbell is demonstrating that his support and the momentum behind this program isn’t going anywhere.
