Best in Texas offseason series: Patterson's pedigree and a stout secondary makes TCU's defense a constant threat

SportsDay's panel of college bloggers recently voted to decide which team in Texas has the best defense heading into the 2019 football season. The top team on their ballots received 12 points, second-best received 11 points and so on.
