Getting the season started with a 67-7 win should be an annual tradition, if you ask me. I, for one, love seeing the Texas Tech Red Raiders race up and down the field against a team like Arkansas-Pine Bluff and TTU to come away with a lopsided win in the process.
It warms the heart a little bit, you know? Dominant wins are good for the soul. They definitely are better than the frustrating sorts of wins that we’ve seen against FCS teams in season openers in very recent history.
With this win, I’ve got a few thoughts from Texas Tech’s dominant showing over the Golden Lions.
