SAN MARCOS, Texas - The Texas State women's tennis team will be competing in the ITA Texas Regional Championship on Oct. 18-22 (Thursday-Monday) at Texas A&M's George P. Mitchell Tennis Center in College Station, Texas. The tournament will feature players from 19 schools from around the State of Texas.
Texas State will have Joy Chia Ming Ming, Rishona Israel-Lewis, Julia Navajo-Melendez, Ana Perez, Sofia Murcia-Rodriguez, Andrea Fuchs and Josefina Cassara competing in the tournament.
The top doubles team and the singles finalists earn an automatic invitation to the Oracle ITA National Fall Championships in Surprise, Arizona.
