SAN MARCOS, Texas - The Texas State women's tennis team closed out the Texas State Play Day Tournament, winning seven of their eight singles matches and three doubles matches on Monday at the Bobcat Tennis Complex.
The Bobcats ended the tournament with a 25-5 record in singles matches during both days. Texas State finished the Play Day Tournament with a 6-7 mark in double matches.
Freshman Meza ended the tournament as the only Bobcat with an undefeated record, finishing with a 3-0 record in singles and a 2-0 slate in doubles matches.
