SAN MARCOS, Texas - The Texas State women's tennis team will host its annual Texas State Play Day Tournament on Saturday, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Bobcat Tennis Complex.
Texas State will have seven players competing in be competing against players from Air Force, Trinity, Stephen F. Austin, and Prairie View A&M in a round-robin format. The tournament begins with players competing in doubles matches before playing two singles matches.
The Texas State players include juniors Andrea Fuchs and Sofia Murcia-Rodriguez, junior college transfers Renata Gonzalez and Hana Kvapilova, sophomore Josefina Cassara, and freshmen Alyssa Zayat and Toby Lewis.
