SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Texas State women's tennis team's two-match winning streak was snapped after the Bobcats suffered a 5-2 loss against Air Force on Saturday afternoon at the UTSA Tennis Center.
The Bobcats fell behind early when Air Force captured the doubles point after winning matches on courts one and two. First, Katy Collins and Eva Dench fell 6-3 in the No 2 match against Jocelle Rudico and Chloe Forlini before Yadira Rubio and Ana Perez fell 6-4 against Mary Meyers and Lily Forlini.
The Falcons also won four of the six singles matches to clinch the victory.
