NORMAN, Okla. – The Texas State women's golf team shot 7-over par 287 in the first two rounds of the Schooner Fall Classic on Monday that is being contested at the Belmar Golf Club to sit in seventh place.

Both and ended the first 36 holes at 3-over par 143. Gabasa opened with a 6-over 76. She rebounded with a career-low 3-under 67 that was tied for the lowest score in the second round that saw the sophomore birdie three consecutive holes to start the back nine.
