SAN MARCOS, Texas – The time has come for the Texas State women's golf team as it embarks on its journey at the 2016 NCAA Bryan Regional starting Thursday, May 5 and running through Saturday, May 7 at Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas. The Bobcats earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Regional after claiming the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Tournament title.
This is the sixth time in nine seasons that the women's golf team had earned a bid to postseason. Three of those seasons were after winning the conference tournament and three of them were at-large bids.
