SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State women's basketball and Head Coach Zenarae Antoine have signed South Alabama guard Amyria Walker ahead of the 2025-26 season, the team announced Sunday.
"Amyria absolutely LOVES basketball & it is most evident when you see her on the court," Antoine said. "She was a multi-sport athlete growing up and that has prepared her for the vigors of being a collegiate student-athlete. Myri's quickness, explosiveness and athleticism is top-tier, and it will immediately elevate our team. I'm thrilled to bring Amyria to our San Marcos & Texas State community.
